Cancellation Policy

After making a
reservation, all customers will have a 4-hour window to cancel upon
receiving confirmation to receive a full refund. After that
4-hour window, a $25 cancellation fee will apply .

For any cancellations
within 48 hours of a scheduled pick-up, customers will be
responsible for full rate.
